rom time to time, it is necessary to invite a user into your ToastTab backend. Remember, this should only be done for trusted vendors, as they have access to your sales, settings, and configuration.
Visit toasttab.com/login
Navigate to "Employees" Under the labor section.
Click Add New Employee
In the new window that pops on on the left, the top toggle should be switched to Yes
First Name: Tech SupportLast Name: Z ' *** Phoenix Geeks Support User **** <-- we do the Z at first so we sort to the end.Email Address: The one provided by Phoenix Geeks or if not available, use clientname-toast @ phoenixgeeks dot us but remove the spaces and replace dot with a .Jobs and Pay: Set to General Manager, so that we have the rights to do what is asked of us.
Click Add to save
This will give the end user the ability to log into your Toast web. Thy will have access to all of your sales information, and all of your settings. Please DO NOT do this without considering the implications.
