To Enable ELO View on a kiosk Device

Solution

To enable EloView mode on a kiosk device

  1. Make sure the kiosk's Ethernet cable is plugged into the network.
  2. On the kiosk, go to Settings, then tap Backup & reset.
  3. Tap Factory data reset.
  4. Tap Reset tablet, then tap Erase everything. While the reset occurs, you see the "elo" logo with a three-dot progress tracker underneath, then you quickly see the EloView logo, followed by two alternating messages from the EloView app that say "Excuse us for a moment" and "We'll be right back". These are messages that EloView displays as it tries to connect to the Internet, establish contact with the EloView server, and install or update the currently playing software.

The kiosk is now in EloView mode.

At this point I can register the device in EloView, let me know what this process above has been completed.
